– Direct and motivating sale team in order to achieve the overall corporate sale objective and targets.
– Maintain store staff job results by leading, coaching, training, motivating, counseling and disciplining employees; also monitoring job results and providing advice for staff performance improvement.
– Develop yearly business plans for all sale and marketing related activities.
– Follow up technician design at customer location.
– Manage sale generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
– Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to line manager
– Site Field construction, monitor delivery product.
– Monitor technician what does the job done.
– Handle customer complain and problem solving.
– Follow up customer payment.
– Report Market situation and prepare weekly and monthly report.
– Graduated / Studying in BA concerning Sale and Marketing
– Need one year experience related Sale Position and if in sale service is advantage
– Good command of English (spoken and written)
– Good at to communication with the people
– Hardworking and can work under pressure
– Good teamwork
